Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders are typically processed and shipped within up to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive sooner, however delivery can take up to 3 weeks in some regions.

Tracked Shipping

If you select tracked shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us and we will resend the tracking details.
In the rare event that a tracked package is lost, you may choose either a full refund or a free reshipment.

Untracked Shipping

If you choose untracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number that may only update until the package reaches your continent. After that point, shipment movement may not be visible.
Please note: claims cannot be accepted for lost untracked packages.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $149.
